Q: I didn’t receive the welcome email. What should I do?
A: If you haven’t received the welcome email, follow these steps to troubleshoot and resolve the issue:
Wait for a few minutes — Email delivery can sometimes be delayed due to server traffic or network delays. It may take a few minutes for the email to appear in your inbox.
Check your spam or junk folder — It’s possible the email was filtered by your email service. Be sure to check these folders to ensure the welcome email hasn’t been redirected there.
Contact Mili Support — If none of the above steps work, please reach out to us at support@getmili.ai. Provide your registered email address, and our support team will verify your account and ensure the welcome email is delivered promptly.
Q: I didn’t receive the OTP. How do I proceed?
A: If you have not received the OTP (One-Time Password) that was sent to your email, follow these steps:
Wait a few minutes — OTPs can sometimes experience a slight delay in being sent, so give it a minute or two before trying again.
Check your spam/junk folder — Occasionally, OTP emails can end up in your spam or junk folder. Be sure to check these folders to see if the OTP was filtered.
Resend the OTP — On the Mili login page, click the “Resend OTP” button to request a new OTP to be sent to your registered email address.
Contact Mili Support — If the OTP still hasn’t arrived after trying the above steps, please reach out to our support team at support@getmili.ai with your registered email address, and we will assist in resolving the issue.
Q: Can I use Mili without an OTP?
A: No, OTP authentication is mandatory for logging into Mili. We use OTPs to ensure secure access to your account without the need for traditional passwords. This method minimizes the risk of unauthorized access, as it requires access to your registered email each time you log in. No passwords are stored or required, making the process both more secure and convenient for our users.
Q: Can I log into Mili on multiple devices?
A: Yes, Mili allows you to log in to your account on multiple devices. Since Mili uses OTP-based authentication, you can enter your email and authenticate using the OTP on any device where you want to access your account. This enables you to stay connected seamlessly across desktop computers, laptops, tablets, and mobile devices. Your account and settings will be synchronized across all devices for a consistent experience.
Q: Does the OTP expire?
A: Yes, OTPs are time-sensitive. Once sent, they are only valid for a short period (usually a few minutes). After the OTP expires, you will no longer be able to use it to authenticate your login. If the OTP expires before you can enter it, simply click the “Resend OTP” button on the login screen to receive a new code and complete your login process.
