Setting up Features in Mili

Profile Setup

Overview
After your first login, Mili prompts you to configure your profile to personalize your workspace.

Steps

  1. Enter your full name

    • This will be displayed across the application.

  2. Specify your role

    • Select or type your professional role.

  3. Save and continue

    • Your profile is now active, and you will be directed to the Mili homepage.

  • Q: Can I change my role later?
    A: Yes, your role can be updated anytime in Settings.


Choosing a Theme

Overview
Mili offers two visual themes to suit user preferences.

Themes

  • Frost (Light Theme)

  • Graphite (Dark Theme)

Steps

  1. On the homepage, select your preferred theme.

  2. To change later, navigate to Settings → Appearance.

    A: Yes, you can change the theme without restrictions.

    A: Yes, themes must be set per device.


Integrations

Connecting Your Calendar

Overview
Connecting your calendar allows Mili to import your scheduled meetings automatically.

Supported Platforms

  • Google Calendar

  • Microsoft Outlook

  • Microsoft Exchange

Steps

  1. Upon first login, Mili prompts you to connect a calendar.

  2. Select your calendar provider and authorize access.

  3. Once connected, all upcoming meetings will appear in Mili.

  • Q: Can I connect multiple calendars?
    A: Yes, multiple accounts can be connected for consolidated scheduling.

  • Q: What if I skip this step?
    A: You can connect calendars later from Integrations.


Connecting Your CRM

Overview
CRM integration enables Mili to sync meeting notes and preparation materials seamlessly.

Supported CRMs

  • Salesforce (including overlays: XLR8, Salentica Elements, Salentica Engage, Practifi, Salesforce FSC)

  • Wealthbox

  • RedTail

  • Microsoft Dynamics 365

  • HubSpot

  • Advyzon

Steps

  1. During initial setup, Mili prompts you to connect your CRM.

  2. Choose your CRM provider and authorize integration.

  3. Enable two-way sync:

    • Push notes: Export meeting notes from Mili to CRM.

    • Pull notes: Import existing notes from CRM into Mili.

  4. Access meeting preparation powered by CRM data.


Connecting Your Email

Overview
Connecting your emails allows Mili to compose and send emails to the clients.

Supported Email platforms

  • Gmail

  • Outlook Email

Steps

  1. Select the respective email platform you are using and click on 'Connect'.

  2. Login using your email credentials and then your email is connected with Mili.
