Overview
CRM integration allows Mili to seamlessly sync meeting notes, action items, and preparation materials between the platform and your Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. By connecting your CRM, you can streamline workflows and ensure that your client data and meeting notes are always up to date.

Wealthbox
RedTail
Microsoft Dynamics 365

Steps
1. Connect Your CRM During Initial Setup
When you first log into Mili, the platform will prompt you to connect your CRM account.
You will be guided through the process of integrating your chosen CRM.
2. Choose Your CRM Provider
Select your CRM provider from the list of supported options (Salesforce, Wealthbox, RedTail, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or HubSpot).
3. Authorize CRM Integration
After selecting your CRM, click the Connect button.
You will be directed to a login page where you need to enter your CRM credentials to authorize the integration.
Once logged in, the connection will be established, and Mili will sync your CRM data, including client profiles, meetings, and notes.
4. Finalizing the Setup
After successful authorization, Mili will begin syncing your data. This will allow meeting notes, action items, and preparation materials to flow seamlessly between Mili and your CRM.

Q: Can I connect multiple CRMs to Mili?
A: Yes, you can connect multiple CRM accounts, allowing you to sync data across different platforms. This provides flexibility for firms using more than one CRM solution.
Q: What if I skip the CRM connection step during setup?
A: If you choose to skip CRM integration during the initial setup, you can always connect your CRM later. To do so, simply navigate to Integrations, and follow the prompts to link your CRM.
Q: Will Mili sync both client data and meeting notes from my CRM?
A: Yes, once your CRM is connected, Mili will be able to sync both your client data and meeting notes. This ensures that all relevant information is accessible from within Mili, and you are also able to push the notes to your CRM from within Mili.
Q: Is the CRM integration a one-time setup?
A: Yes, it is a one time setup. Although, CRM integrations can be updated or modified at any time from Integrations, allowing you to manage your connections as your needs change.
